Iconeek is proud to introduce here a rare and mint condition, full-set, ultra thin, white gold wristwatch: The Osmior by L.Leroy
Nominated for GPHG (Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève) , this superb and classical watch is a true example of elegancy. Under the solid white gold back secured by 6 screws, the watch is powered by an ultra thin L.Leroy, manual winding, mechanical movement, caliber 1025 with 44 hours power reserve. Crafted in the most stringent standard and sobering proportion, with the utmost respect to history and tradition, this large wristwatch, 42 mm, is among the best modern time-only. Under the sapphire glass, we find a very attractive and highly readable hand-guilloche silvered dial with painted large « blue Leroy » Arabic numerals, an outer railway minute division and special blued steel hands. This great watch comes with a leather strap and an 18k white gold Leroy buckle, with the shape of the double L of the brand. The retail price in 2006 was approx. 9’200 Euros (approx 12’650 CHF). Dial, case and movement are signed. Accompanied by its original invoice, the present watch was bought in Paris, at Chronopassion in 2001.
